Mr. Williams has been involved in the appraising of residential real estate since 1984. He is a certified residential real estate appraiser in California, as well as, in Illinois. In California, his specialization lies in Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties.  Additionally, Mr. Williams has had experience as a licensed real estate salesperson in Illinois, from 01/2003 to 01/2007. He has vast experience in the following types of appraisal assignments including single family residences, condominiums, townhomes, two to four unit buildings, vacant land sites, cooperatives, mobile homes, mixed-use properties, apartment units, and ground lease projects for various mortgage companies, brokers, banks, attorneys, and other individuals. After graduating in 1990 from DePaul University, in Chicago, Mr. Williams decided to pursue an appraisal career, which had begun 6 years earlier. He has successfully completed the following courses and examinations over the past 15+ years, sponsored by numerous approved organizations in the Real Estate community.  Real Estate Appraisal Principles, Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, Residential Case Study, Cost Approach Sq.Ft.
